Less than 2 weeks to go! I cannot believe it. I am so ready to meet our sweet baby!
Size of Baby: According to What to Expect, this week he is the size of a watermelon! That seems so big to me! He was 5lbs 14oz at my 36 week ultrasound.
Total Weight Gain/Loss: I'm up 29 lbs.
Maternity Clothes: Maternity shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, maxi dresses, COMFORTABLE is all I care about! Ha!

Gender: It's a precious baby BOY! *Luca James Bolaños*
Belly Button In/Out: Out!
Stretch Marks: No stretch marks and I'm so grateful!
Labor Signs: I'm 50% effaced and still not dilated. Having Braxton Hicks and cramping often.
Movement: His movements are starting to hurt a little ha! He kicks, rolls and punches all the time. I love it.
Sleep: I wake up every night to pee, and the last few nights I have not been feeling good at all right at night time. Doctor said my body is just getting me ready :)
What I miss: I really do not miss anything - I am just so ready to meet our precious boy!
What I am looking forward to: Meeting Luca in less than 2 weeks! I just cannot wait!!!!!!!!!
Cravings/Aversions: EVERYTHING. I am always hungry.
Symptoms: Heartburn, cramping, leg cramps, back pain, fatigue....and last week I threw up for the first time this whole pregnancy. I called the nurse and she said I probably had a stomach bug that was going around. But I didn't have any other symptoms and did not throw up again - I think it was just my body preparing itself for labor!
Best Moment This Week: I finished editing my LAST photo session so I am officially caught up and really on maternity leave! Now I need to start organizing the house and getting everything ready. And we also set an induction date with the doctor - I will go in the night of Sunday, Sept 21st (my due date) and they will give me cervidil and I will spend the night at the hospital. Then Monday morning (Sept 22nd) the doctor will break my water and we will wait to see if I am progressing on my own. If not we will do Pitocin as a last resort. I always said I did not want to be induced but at this point and I am just so done being pregnant ha! Also my mom had to be induced with all 4 of her pregnancies and her water had to be broken each time, so it might be hereditary. Still praising you Jesus for your faithfulness!
