21 weeks

Size of Baby: According to What to Expect, our baby is the size of a banana. Around 7 inches and 11 ounces.

Total Weight Gain/Loss: 13 lbs (yikes I feel HUGE this time around)

Maternity Clothes: I'm wearing regular dresses that fit loose, and maternity shorts.

Gender: A sweet baby GIRL!!! We are SO excited!!

Belly Button In/Out: In, but on the way out

 Stretch Marks: Not yet

Labor Signs: No

Movement: This sweet little girl is active! Her kicks are still soft but I feel them throughout the day. The ultrasound tech last week said she was super active and wouldn't stop moving - just like her big brother! :)

Sleep: Always tired, usually cannot keep my eyes open past 10:30pm.

What I miss: I LOVE being pregnant, but I do miss being able to work out like I used to.

What I am looking forward to: Choosing a name!

Cravings/Aversions: Everything? Love fruits and spaghetti.

Symptoms: Belly pains, harder to bend over, headaches getting much better.

Best Moment This Week: Our precious angel looked PERFECT in her anatomy scan! God is SO GOOD! I am so grateful to serve and worship the King of Kings! Also we went to the beach with our family and Luca had the time of his life. He LOVES the beach and pool! Our little water baby!

19 weeks

Size of Baby: According to What to Expect, our baby is the size of a tomato (that seems smaller than the sweet potato comparison from last week?) Around 6 inches and .5 lbs.

Total Weight Gain/Loss: Not sure - will find out this week at my appointment!

Maternity Clothes: Still mostly big dresses that are not maternity - but for bottoms only maternity shorts. Leggings are starting to become super uncomfortable around my belly.

Gender: A sweet baby GIRL!!! We are SO excited!!

Belly Button In/Out: In, but on the way out

 Stretch Marks: Not yet

Labor Signs: No

Movement: Feeling her little kicks a few times a day - it is the sweetest thing ever.  I haven't been able to see them from the outside yet.

Sleep: Still super tired and love sleep. Luca woke up last night at 5:30am (poor baby is sick with a fever) but then got in bed with us and we slept until about 9:30am.

What I miss: I really don't miss a thing. I love being pregnant!

What I am looking forward to: Our anatomy scan this week! Praying that our sweet girl is healthy and growing!

Cravings/Aversions: Pizza, water, sweets

Symptoms: Tired, headaches, just very pregnant feeling the last week. Some belly pains.

Best Moment This Week: Mother's Day today - I'm so grateful for Luca and the sweet baby girl growing in my tummy. God is SO GOOD!!

18 weeks

What a precious miracle God has blessed us with - a sweet baby girl growing in my tummy.  I am humbled to my knees by God's grace. I am so undeserving, but I am so thankful. What a mighty King we serve.  Lord help me raise these two sweet babies knowing You.  Guide us Lord in teaching them your Word and help them follow the path You set for them. I pray Lord that Luca and his little sister will be kind, humble and will serve Your Kingdom. Thank you, my precious Jesus.

Well I'm behind in documenting this pregnancy - no surprise there ha! With a 2.5 year old keeping us busy, running my two businesses and everything in between, I've seemed to neglect my weekly pictures and updates. But hopefully from here on out I will start updating again!

Size of Baby: According to What to Expect, our baby is the size of a sweet potato! Around 5.5 inches and 5 ounces. Goodness that seems so big already!

Total Weight Gain/Loss: I'm gaining much quicker this time than I was with Luca - I think 7lbs already!

Maternity Clothes: This pregnancy I'm actually not wearing a ton of maternity clothes - I'm wearing a lot of dresses that are roomy but not maternity. But pants and shorts - yes, all maternity!

Gender: A sweet baby GIRL!!! We are SO excited!!

Belly Button In/Out: In, but on the way out

 Stretch Marks: Not yet

Labor Signs: No

Movement: Yes, I'm feeling her kick and move on the inside, but you can't quite see it from the outside yet! Feels mostly like gas bubbles but I know it's her :)

Sleep: The last two days I've slept until 9:45am, which is unheard of nowadays since Luca wakes up usually around 7:30am. Danny says I've been extra tired this pregnancy - more so than I was with Luca!

What I miss: I really don't miss a thing. I love being pregnant!

What I am looking forward to: Our anatomy scan in two weeks!

Cravings/Aversions: McDonalds (gross I know), tons of water

Symptoms: TIRED, headaches

Best Moment This Week: Talking to Luca about his "baby sister" and thinking about names for her!
